• Order confirmation: after you place an order, our team calls or WhatsApps you on the number you gave to confirm the order, delivery address and payment.
• Delivery time: we confirm the expected delivery date with you at that point. Made-to-order and solid wood pieces can take longer than items in stock.
• Delivery charges: any delivery charge for your city is confirmed with you before your order is dispatched.
