Return & Replacement Policy
This policy applies to all orders placed with RenovStation (renovstation.com). We deliver within Pakistan only.
1. Returns and refunds
We do not accept returns or give refunds for change of mind, wrong choice of size, colour or style, or once a product has been used or assembled. Please check sizes and finishes with us on WhatsApp before ordering.
2. Replacement or repair of damaged or defective products
If a product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it or repair it at your location, free of charge. Please:
- check the product at the time of delivery and tell our delivery team about any visible damage;
- report any damage or defect within 7 days of delivery on WhatsApp +92 332 044 5000 or by email to renovstation@gmail.com, with your order number and photos.
Our team will inspect the product and arrange the replacement or repair. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, moisture or normal wear after delivery is not covered.
3. Delivery charges

The delivery charge is confirmed with you before dispatch.
4. Delivery time
Orders are prepared in 1 to 15 working days (ready-stock items usually in 1 to 3 days; made-to-order items in 7 to 15 days) and then delivered in 1 to 5 working days. We deliver Monday to Saturday. We will tell you the expected delivery date when we confirm your order.
5. Cancellations
You can cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched. Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started; any advance paid is adjusted against the order.
